Hello!  My name is Carolina Johnson and I am the Assistant Principal at Bennett Elementary.  My favorite thing about working in education is connecting with students and seeing them make growth in their academics and personal development.

When I am not at work I enjoy running, hiking, biking, and just about anything outside. 

I grew up in California, but my entire family is from Brazil! 

My family consists of my husband, dog Franklin, and soon a baby boy!

One thing I am looking forward to this year is getting to know the Bennett community and what makes Bennett an exceptional school. 

My educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Education from UCLA and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Human Resource Studies from CSU.

My teaching background is as a 3rd Grade Teacher.
