Hello!  My name is Mrs. Lackey and I am a Kindergarten teacher at Bennett Elementary.  What I love about teaching is working with students and seeing their light bulb moment when they have finally mastered a skill.  I am a Fort Collins native and am proud to be a part of the Fort Collins High Lambkin family.  I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado and my master’s degree from Lesley University.  I am married to my husband, Brian (who attended Bennett for a few years) and we have two sons, Austin and Addison, who also attended Bennett!  When I am not at work, I enjoy reading, working in my yard, and traveling with my family.
